Traditional Application Process

Students who wish to apply for a Scholarship Foundation grant must complete the following two steps for consideration:

Step One:

Complete and submit the College Board’s online CSS Profile

The Scholarship Foundation’s CSS Code, needed to complete the PROFILE is 0619.

Step Two:

Complete and submit the appropriate Scholarship Foundation of St. Joseph County application online.

Applications are closed. The scholarship deadline for the 2026-2027 school year was February 15, 2026.  

New Application – Graduating high school senior. 

New Upperclassman Application – Current college student who is not a scholarship recipient. 

Renewal Application –   This application is for our current scholarship recipients only. Deadline was February 1, 2026.

Non-Traditional Application Process

Eligibility, instructions and deadlines are in the application below. Submit the application along with supporting documentation to our Foundation by the deadline dates. 

Non-Traditional Application– Complete this application if it is your first time applying for a non-traditional scholarship. 

Non-Traditional Renewal Application – Use this form if you have previously applied for a non-traditional scholarship. You do not need to include a reference form.
