Traditional Application Process
Students who wish to apply for a Scholarship Foundation grant must complete the following two steps for consideration:
Complete and submit the College Board’s online CSS Profile
The Scholarship Foundation’s CSS Code, needed to complete the PROFILE is 0619.
Complete and mail the appropriate Scholarship Foundation of St. Joseph County Application along with supporting documentation.
The scholarship deadline is February 15, 2022. Applications will be available November 1.
New Application – Graduating high school senior. Deadline February 15, 2022
New Upperclassman Application – Current college student. Deadline February 15, 2022
Renewal Application – This application is for our current scholarship recipients only. The deadline is February 1, 2022
Non-Traditional Application Process
Eligibility, instructions and deadlines are in the application below. Mail the application along with supporting documentation to our Foundation by the deadline dates.
Non-Traditional Application– See applicant eligibility on this application. The reference form below needs to be included.
Non-Traditional Reference Form – Use this form and do not submit reference letters.
Non-Traditional Renewal Application – Use this form if you have previously received a scholarship. You do not need to include a reference form.
